I have always liked making stuff. Most kids eventually stop gluing bits of cardboard and string together, but I never have. I think we've become too specialised. We spend too much of our lives focused on the narrow range of human knowledge that is our "Field". This site follows my attempts to broaden my horizons. Most of what you read here will strike you as pointless. Some of it will just seem downright silly. And I'd be the first to agree with you. I won't try to suggest that what I write here has some grand purpose. It's basically just me playing about, and hopefully learning along the way. I do hope, however, that it will encourage others to play about too.
